We partner with Kahler School of Real Estate for pre-license real estate classes and meet at the Keller Williams Realty Black Hills building at 2401 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702.

Ever have class scheduled and then get the opportunity which can only happen during the same time? Email us your change in scheduling. No penalty, just curtesy.
Payment for classroom classes are good for two years, and is transferable to another person. No cash refunds. To transfer please notify us in writing and include full payment information along with a copy of SDREC sheet of classes taken.
Online courses do not have a refund unless requested before course has been accessed and is made shortly after purchase. They are not transferable. Access to online courses is for one year.

Choose how many hours you wish to buy - package hours are good for 2 years from date of purchase. Non refundable, but they are transferable with no fee.Step One - determine how many hours you would like to purchase for you or your team.Team member hours can be combined for discount package pricing.
Step Two - multiply # hours by hourly rate based on package
Volume discounts apply on hours purchased at same time.
Package One: One-Six hours purchased at once. Rate is $15 per hour
Package Two: Seven - Twenty hours purchased at once. Rate is $14 per hour.
Package Three: Twenty-one plus hours purchased at once. Rate is $13 per hour.
Credit card fees passed on via EventBrite registration.
